During hot summer months, we reinforce the formula with Kokum Butter and Cetyl Alcohol for improved texture stability—while keeping the body butter 100% natural.

Because our products are handcrafted with natural ingredients and designed for direct skin contact, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and skin-sensitivity concerns.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping Method: 3-Day Priority Shipping (USPS or equivalent).

• Shipping Days: We prefer to ship Monday–Thursday to ensure your product arrives within the same week and does not sit in a warm warehouse over the weekend.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Warm Weather Notice: Body butter may soften or melt during transit due to the natural ingredients and absence of synthetic stabilizers. Please refer to the “Melting Instructions” section in your product insert to restore the whipped texture.

We skip synthetic stabilizers, so your butter may melt in warm weather.

To restore texture:

1. Place jar upright in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours

2. Allow to fully solidify

3. Stir gently with a clean utensil if needed

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin.

Warm between your hands and massage into skin.

Use daily after showers or anytime your skin needs care.
