Warm Weather Notice: Body butter may soften or melt during transit due to the natural ingredients and absence of synthetic stabilizers. Please refer to the “Melting Instructions” section in your product insert to restore the whipped texture.

3. My body butter arrived melted. What should I do?
Don’t worry — this is normal! Simply place the jar upright in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours, allow it to solidify, then stir gently if needed.
4. How long will shipping take?
Once shipped, orders arrive in about 3 business days via Priority Shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is on the way.
5. Why do you only ship Monday–Thursday?
To prevent your product from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend. This ensures fresher delivery and better texture when it arrives.
6. Are your products natural?
Yes — we use premium, skin-loving ingredients like shea butter, mango butter, baobab oil, almond oil, and vitamin E. No parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fillers.
7. How should I store my body butter?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. During warmer months, refrigeration is recommended to maintain the whipped texture.
